Bukit Padang is a residential area located in Kota Kinabalu, the capital city of Sabah, Malaysia. It is situated near the city center and is known for its lush greenery and beautiful natural surroundings. The area is known for its serene atmosphere and offers residents a peaceful living environment.

We were appointed by the client to propose a concept design for a Mixed Development

an upcoming neighborhood in Bukit Padang. The project includes the design of high

rise serviced apartments, retail spaces, and facilities. Our primary role was to ensure

a strong concept design that seamlessly blends with the surrounding nature, incorporating

elements that harmonize with the natural beauty of the area & take advantage of the splendid

views afforded by its unique location.
